- Harriet Smart's site, with information about her novels, and books/e-books to buy.
- OpenOffice.org
- OpenOffice.org is a fantastic free office suite which is giving Microsoft the heebie-jeebies.
Writer's Café can write to OpenOffice.org's file format (OpenDocument), and from there, you can save
in Microsoft Word and many other formats.
The English version of OpenOffice.org for Windows is included on the CD-ROM version of Writer's Café.

- GoodSync keeps your files sychronized between Windows machines.
- PowerFolder
- PowerFolder also keeps your files sychronized between machines, but can work on Windows, Linux and Mac.
- SugarSync
- Synchronization and network backup for Windows and Mac.
- Toucan
- Free synchronization and backup for Windows, packaged in a PortableApps.com installer.
- FreeFileSync
- Free synchronization for Windows.
- HelpView
- HelpView is the cross-platform help viewer for HTB files created by Writer's Café's StoryLines.
